Le Pôle Construction is formed by stakeholders of natural stone business such as architects, laboratories, professors, quarry managers who undertake actions to develop the natural stone industry.
As a group of three students, we surveyed the economical situation of the quarry industry in southeastern France. This work included traveling to the quarry sites and interviewing the major actors of this industry. We synthesized the results and proposed marketing solutions to a panel of experts.
